• 2) The purpose of HealthcareITReps.com is here to provide current 30-day, real-time job postings to candidates searching for jobs. Also, HealthcareITReps.com is a place for recruiters and employers to find candidates. We strive for quality. Excessive over-posting or abusing the site in any way will be grounds for immediate termination.
• 3) If HealthcareITreps.com feels, at any time and for whatever reason,a registrant (also defined as user) is in violation of the terms of service agreement or the purpose of the website, it may terminate the user registration.
• 4) Employers must purchase one of the employer related registrations. Recruiters must purchase one of the Recruiter related registrations. Any violation will result in termination of registration.
• 5) Login information must be accurate and confidential – your login information is only for you and may not be shared with anyone else. Violation of this policy will result in termination of registration.
• 6) Recruiters and employers must post jobs that are current openings. Each post will run for 30-days.
• 7) Recruiters and employers must provide accurate email contact information for jobs posted.
• 8) Recruiters contact information used in job post must match contact information in registration.
• 9) Employers contact information used in job post must match contact information used in registration. Large companies must purchase separate registrations for separate divisions.
• 10) Any and all information collected during registration becomes the property of HealthcareITReps.com. HealthcareITReps.com may use this information for HealthcareITReps.com company marketing programs as needed. All registrations will have an "opt-out" feature from our marketing communications.
• 11) HealthcareITReps.com does not guarantee any number of job postings or any number of candidate responses to jobs.
• 12) HealthcareITReps.com has the right, at any time, to change registration fees. We will honor all registrations for the full length of time at which they were purchased. If pricing changes, you will be required to pay the updated fee upon expiration of registration.
• 13) JOB POSTERS (Recruiters and Employers) may place emails, links or any other form of contact in job post. Candidates can apply jobs by sending their resume directly through HealthcareITReps.co, or by contacting employers directly.
• 14) HealthcareITReps.com reserves the right to change the terms of service at any time and current registrants must abide by recent changes. We will notify all current users of any new terms of service changes via email.
